I did Soo Many 'Live In's' with Poor Clare's (Aptos, CA), Cistercians (Wisconsin), Benedictine's (TX & MI, that although I'm Franciscan Spirituality (some Carmelite), I had another chance to do another live in, with the Discalced Carmelite Nuns in San Jose, CA, as they were 'modifying' their 'habit',, and becoming more 'open'. I believe I made the right choice, as I still am happy for those that 'hear' God voice calling them, to serve our Lord in a much Deeper way. ✝️⚘️💗 Pray Deeply. 🙏 Pray for Guidance for him to show you the correct path. I've not been able to really understand what meditate means in a religious context. For example, I've been told when we pray the rosary we need to be meditating on the mysteries. I don't know how to do that. I can't say 10 Hail Mary's while thinking about something else at the same time. At least not very effectively. Sister, can you please explain that? Also when you say that you start off each day by meditating what does that mean? Are prayers involved?
