In another video someone basically skipped the fight altogether by having an invisible person run through all the way to the next teleport point and summoned the rest of the party that way.

This is one of those games I played as a kid where I did not understand that it was not me who was bad at the game, it was just that the game was really really terrible. Still have some nostalgia for it though and watching it rather than having to deal with the gameplay myself I can just enjoy the weird dialogues. I remember that 'boss' around 1:30:00, just mechanically nonsens. So there's pillars you hide behind, but then boss destroys all the pillars and it's entirely unclear what's even going on. Turns out you just need to shoot him 100 times! I don't think I ever got passed the boss after that, seems like I never got that you need to stab him once and then empty all your bullets on him while he's stuck on a pillar. Such a shame I never got to experience the almost 10 minutes of very very slowly edging to the other side of a room with a 'hunter killer' lol
