I think the wrestling card bubble will burst, like all sports cards did, sometime in the next couple years. Panini starting to produce cards helped create it, but they put out so many sets per year that in only a short amount of time there will be hundreds of cards of the same person. I think only serial numbered cards will hold their value long term.

@@collectawrestlepalooza the really old stuff will hold value as well of course from the 80s but modern stuff I don't think so. Look into what happened to prices on cards like Ja Morant, Zion Williamson, and Luka doncic the value of those are like a third of what they were during lockdown if not less.
Soultangler is a super rare SOV movie there are a few different versions of it around but the astral is the most sought after. It's not worth quite that much but my bud and I got into a bid war over it and after looking for it for over five years we just didn't care what it went off at

I got out of sports cards,and all I collect now is wrestling,recently got a 1988 Wonderama Dusty Rhodes,a 1986 Monty Gum Dusty Rhodes,2 Hulk Hogan rookie stickers,and a hart foundation 87 topps,wrestling cards are so under rated and under valued imo. Glad to watch these videos who love wrestling cards and old vhs and memorabilia

Oh, shoot. I had that WrestleMania VI special edition, but I think that, and all my other WWF Magazines, were thrown out after I had moved away and my parents moved to a different house.

Whats funny is as a kid i never had any problem finding dusty rhodes. Maybe i was just at the store during the small window of time when the first shipments came in. I regret not getting him.

The escalation up the rarity charts is insane. Running Dom’s 2022 Prizm through the data, the 1-of-1’s a 4-figure card (between $1500 & $2000). A gold /10 in a PSA 9 slab just went for $187, and the Green Pulsar /25 went for a mere $40.
Totally agree. It seems like this is one of those cases where the hobby has spoken. Wrestling card fans covet Prizm 1 of 1 s. I wonder if the Rock 2022 Prizm 1 of 1 selling for 6 figures last year elevated the whole category? 🤷♂️ thanks for commenting!
Meanwhile I’m ecstatic I got a Bron Breakker 2022 Prizm Green Pulsar PSA 9 for under $100 !!! Then snagged the rare 2021 Topps Transparent VIP Bron Breakker the other day.
Also…. A very slight correction. 6:41 Even though the Ringsides (total of 70 numbered parallels) are miles ahead/rarer than Premier Level (577 numbered) & Concourse (815 numbered), the Blaster-Exclusive Mezzanine #342 would be just ahead of Ringside (only 41 total numbered parallels per card). If a Stone Cold Ringside 1/1 is $3,477….. you could imagine the 1/1 Black Mezzanine would be staring down five figures. 😮

How can I get my cards rated
There are a few reputable companies that will grade your cards. I like PSA and SGC. They both have websites with instructions.
