He learn how to play with no one teaching him.He would give Magnus a good fight. But you can't underestimate morphy. He quit chess because nobody beat him. And he die young.

TAL, NEZMEDHDINOV, MURPHY These guys are much better than Kasparov( dont forget last 10 years' AI and chess changed the GMs in a pisitive way, Tal, Nezmetdinov didnt have AI or computers!) They played amazing moves without losing. They were true legends would be always remembered with their games, which are ineffable joy to watch
