I just bought one the same size and same layout, I'm going to strip it down to the studs and reinsulate it properly run new wiring, the living area and Bedroom I'm going to do in Canyon yellow paneling, it's the cheapest, the Kitchen I'm going to do with brick paneling just to define the kitchen. The floors are going to be plywood stripes 4 foot long by 6" wide then I'll stain them a few different colors before I put them in. the outside I'm going to paint it Tan with Mohave Red Trim and doors, I'm also going to build a deck that connects the doors.

Probably would have been better to wire up a 30 or 50 amp RV outlet and wire the breaker panel to the appropriate plug. Bypasses a lot of legal crap.
