Bro keep your ego tf outa the gym. Skinny ass legs ain’t squatting 315 comfortably then go back to 185lb and ACTUALLY work up. So many people get lifelong injuries because they think they’re too good to have to actually build up and take the time doing the hypertrophy and building the tissue to then support the weight. What’s actually cool is not being embarrassed by where you start but being confident in knowing where your consistency is taking you. I bet you these kids just run and don’t lift and when they do (like rn ) they just fuck around and don’t have an actual schedule. Yea you’re naturally talented but that’s not gonna take you far if you can’t even stick to a fuckin leg day routine.
Take the running shoes off when you lift, youll notice a big difference
