Great question! Our ovens weigh from 600 to 1600 pounds. The oven in this video, with the wheeled transport cart, weighs about 1100 pounds.

Most commercial cleaning agents may be used safely on all stainless steel surfaces. Check application restrictions on product label prior to usage. Do not use caustic cleaners on the conveyor bearings as they will cause irreversible damage to the part. Your use case may need specific assistance if the buildup is not removed by standard cleaning agents.
