Its a folded ¾ wave. If anyone on the WWDX forum tried actual thinking they'd realize that you cannot direct-feed a ½ wave due to extremely high impedance, however, if you did match and feed a ½ wave and then added a shorting bar across it ½ wave from the feed point - you'd be shorting high voltage to ground - causing an output transistor melt-down. - Only a ¾ wave can be direct-fed *_AND_* shorted at ½ wave from the feed point, because it's all current. A folded ¾ wave.
