This fun stuff happens when I don't secure the wings correctly. Also flying with Night Fire RC Lights. Good times with the amazing EF, 67" Extreme Flight Extra 260. Spektrum ix14 radio. Recorded with Gopro 12 Black. Amazing quality. It was much darker than video shows.
Flying a brand new E-flite Extra 300 BNF AS3X at RCRCC

25mph gusts didn't stop this affordable Extra from a maiden and getting some footage. Comes ready to Bind and fly aerobatic, 3D, scale or SAFE mode (auto level). I forgot how much fun this plane was. Not as light and precise as a balsa ARF, but for the price, toughness and so easy to put together it is fun, stress free popular option.
DLG glider soaring 1st attempt. Don't know what I am doing.

Basic plane setup, no mixes yet, testing on NX10 Spektrum, 1s 350mah Lipo . It just floats. Something new. Not sure I'll become a glider or turbine kind of guy, but it's cool to try

First few flights of my 67" Extra a few months ago. Spektrum AR6610T Receiver, Spektrum iX14 Radio, T-motor AM670 for power. And at the end OMP Bushmaster PNP I borrowed.

I got my new UMX WACO BNF Basic for indoor and outdoor fun. 3s 300mah lips. I moved the linkages in elevator and rudder for maximum throws so it can hover and do aggressive maneuvers. Plenty of power. 5 mins flights.

Would you recommend this as a second plane
For general flying, if you want a small plane yes. If you want to do 3D, it is not the easiest or most stable to 3D mostly due to the size, so small. But definitely capable and stable and easy for aerobatics.

I added 100g on the nose on mine, after removing the wheel spats which weighed 68g

@shahram677 I've only done its maiden, but it flew lovely . And , I didn't bend the landing gear!!! I have an Edge540 with several flights now and manage to bend the landing gear every time - fortunately, I can take it off turn it round, and next landing bends it straight
No, I just strapped the 2200mah 4s lipo centered between the 2 straps that came installed and took off. I fly all my planes neutral CG so they don't climb or drop going from inverted to upright at medium speed. I think generally all 3D/freestyle pilots do that.
Wow, great flight! Would love one but they are a bit expensive compared to other E-flite planes in same size, at least in Europe.

Just bought a new UMX timber X. Trying to set up flaperons, one flaperon goes up and one goes down. I tried reversing one of the servos, but did not help. I have a spectrum DX 6E transmitter.  Anyone ever come across this issue with flaperons and how do you solve it? 
I would contact support. I think that programming should be built into the receiver not the radio.

Yeah. First landing was sketchy. I am so used to using rudder but this plane doesn't respond to rudder so I should have banked instead. Hopefully Sunday weather is good for another try.
