Thanks for the video! Sapmi language (and heritage) extends a good bit further south actually, although it is, as you say, far most common in the northern parts. You can find Sapmi place names on signs at least as far south as Trøndelag, for example outside Trondheim (maps.app.goo.gl/Tgu3Xpb8SjFpzcgb7) or Røros maps.app.goo.gl/ybyYU1Pg59KsFRWEA I'd definetely consider north first when seeing sapmi, but further south can not be ruled out. I think the same is true for sweden as well. You can definitely see Sapmi on signs in Jämtland (the Swedish region directly east of Trondheim, around Östersund and Åre). Also Sapmi is like seven different languages, which can vary quite a lot (I think). It's related to Finnish, so it will usually be more reminiscent of that than the other Scandinavian languages. btw, "Ø" is pronounced like the "i" in bird, the "u" in urge, or the "ea" in learn".
