Thank you so much. It was so much fun to make. I use fabritac for my journal tags and cards as l find it doesn't ripple, sometimes a good quality glue stick. I can understand about modpodge l find it can cause waves. Still searching for the perfect glue! Do you make journals too?

Thanks so much Mel. Apologies if this was written ages ago it's only just come through! I am having a rest and rethink about my channel at the moment. Even in the U.K Edith has become so sought after. When l have been on Ebay l have seen some quite rare items such as lamps from the U.S. You are so fortunate to get the concise flora, how lovely. Here it is sometimes 60 pounds on Amazon. Crazy!

Just checking back to see how life is treating you and if you've been able to find clarity about the 'what to do' on the channel. I can only imagine the amount of work and worry that goes into creating and sharing videos on the world wide web--and I have nothing but the upmost respect for those of you brave souls that give it a go and check in with yourselves to make sure it's 'worth it' for you at this given moment in time. I could understand wanting to back away from it with the time and investment it must take. And the energy--my goodness, some folks make multiple videos a week. I"m in awe and truly appreciate the efforts and energy but I want to tell them it's just not necessary to work oneself ragged. Plenty of videos out there--I can't make time in my life to WATCH all of them at the rate they're posted.... Bless their hearts for that kind of commitment though!! Right!! Enough of a ramble from me. Just curiously waiting to see where you land and totally will respect any decision. As the recipient of one of your works of art I hope you continue to create treasures you can share with others. Rest assured they ARE shown off and treasured and loved because of the time and effort and energy and the YOU that you put into them. Stay safe and well!!! Mel

Hi Mel, thanks so much, how lovely of you to say this. It makes me very happy to hear this, and it's so encouraging. I hope life is treating you well. I do feel a bit guilty for suddenly stopping my channel as l loved filming and especially doing asmr videos.It just didn't feel quite 'me'. Also l was spending far too much time on social media and decided that it wasn't good for me. I know what you mean...l don't know how some creators find the time and energy to do one or more videos a week. I think l might do a video once a month...l do like booktube,so have considered doing book review and haul videos. Thank you for entering me--I'm in the States so I didn't consider myself eligible. And no--I don't show my work even when I'm encouraged by friends and family. Love them dearly but I know they aren't necessarily an unbiased opinion. Hahaha. And I must confess, I have a bit of 'compare-itus' when I see the handiwork of so many of you in this youtube community. So I just enjoy taking a bit from here and a bit from there and keep learning and growing. That alone makes me abundantly joyful! :-)
