Fatal Strikes cant kill Bosses/Giganto enemies. Thats where the skill Fatal Exceed (Increases damage dealt by a Fatal Strike to enemies that do not die from it.) comes in play to do extra dmg with combination 2 and Guard artes for save kill

Use buff/debuff if you need it, use your synthesis skills either royal warrior or mage tree to do big dmg or be like me and also abuse the skill Faker and get additional press turns

by making sure he doesnt stay on +3 attack he wont do the move to give im extra press turns. and faker is op to kill him quickly with mage tree

@@TatsuyaAct yeah i have faker class already for the extra turns but I guess i need to grind in this tower i guess. None of my almighty moves deal over 2k damage and even if it could do enough damage im fucked on the next turn since it can simply buff itself to 3rank attack up and do the roar afterward.

@@Vell-aah almighty is like the worst element in the game :/ outside of one archetype´s synthesis move on human enemy´s its garbo. go Elemental or physical to also apply weak hit. As you saw I use mage tree to do a shit ton of dmg against these enemies since you can just easily apply weakness with dancer tree.

@@TatsuyaAct Honestly, I may just go that route, because protag/prince class are the best almighty dealers I have but they just do 2k at best. Granted, my whole team is level 59 but that shouldn't matter. I'll prob make eupha the main mage caster since the only high stat I have for protag is luck. bother maxing luck. Bullshit the game decides to throws 3 super bosses like this but I should've known it would, given the fact this is a atlus game. Honestly the only way to get past this cheap boss is just finding out how to kill it in 1-3 turns,.

@@Vell-aah well luck isnt a great build in this game and no wonder you do no dmg if your highest stat isnt strength or magic. Also Prince main gimmick only works if the enemy is a human enemy. I wouldnt call them super bosses either tbh. Each of them have one different gimmick but mostly the same fight

I wrote it down in the description - lvl 11 you can also see it after the fight ends. Your main dmg dealing skills will be synergies with Knight either just spamming Jump Thrust or with addition of a brawler party member also Hammer Justice for more dmg

Idk about op boss like I am 11 lvls below it and its fine to defeat without much issues. Yeah some rng is involved but thats how it is sometimes.

@@TatsuyaActwell I can't help but notice that you already have Brawler unlocked. So clearly you have got a lot more abilities and Archetypes than I do right now, and all of them at higher levels. Where did you grind, if it wasn't in here? And if you grinded here, how many damn MP items did you bring with you? Lmao! This place absolutely thrashed me and I quit to just finish up the story mission

​​​@@MisterAlerionjust switch to mage class and kill the mobs in the overworld which are blue it will replenish your mp. Did the fight without brawler around lvl 14 its also good to grind archetypes and characters so no loss in doing so

@@MisterAlerion Day 1 I got wisdom to R2. Day 2 I did Church where you get the 2nd time you enter it you get a side quest of the Pink girl asking you to rescue her friend upon clearing that you get brawler. I only did a handful of fights in the church as well as in this dungeon. I mostly dodged enemies and just got the items or fought the blue spirit/ghost encounters as they drop a lot of MAG. just clearing fights where you dont get dmg gives you a lot of extra exp so just stun the enemy and exploit weakness or aoe synergy attacks for quick kill in the 1st 2 turns. I also never bought mp items only got the item drops from the dungeons.

I'm with you on this, I didn't expect that much of a difficulty spike and it did sour the experience a bit, (still love the game). I didn't progress story because it warned getting to a certain spot would end the demo.

Equip the mage archetype on MC and defeat the smaller (blue) mobs to restore MP for the entire party.

@@DarkAsDeath the target is random who the enemy attacks. The point of guarding is just to be safe then sorry. Like I can't do dmg to him outside of synergy moves anyway so I just guard with the knights. I don't know yet how mini/bosses behave ai wise. If they are scripted like the last few atlus games or if they have more random elements to them.

I've never expected such an ass take as "mid music". And wym persona wanting to be smt? This is literally SMT combat bro, down to the double kajas/kundas of SMT V. This game is the perfect combination of the best of Persona and SMT.

@@stilldamaged3945 strange journey is really good, A lot of mega ten games before p5 were really good, bro when i finished p5 i felt nothing, story wise the game was legit pure edgy writing with akechi, while the story had almost nothing important to it aside from adult bad. even 4 which was mostly comedy had better writing. The only arc that was really good was the first one with kamoshida, after that i was a complete disaster it wasn't bad, but actually just really Nothing pure definition of mid. And this game right now too, Calendar system, really fire emblem like music that is worse, Naoto as the protagonist. Im sorry brother but this game looks really uninteresting gameplay looks bland, music is awful, and it has the calendar system and nothing new its the same combat copy pasted.

Talk to brigitta and start her quest line. You’ll need to have level 2 wisdom before she’ll ask you to help her with something. She’ll tell you she needs help with killing a monster and will get you a carriage to go to a dungeon where you’ll have to slay the monster you see here in the video

Brigitta is the one who owns that shop that sells magic igniters

My synergy with 2 knights is only protect guard and magic guard

@@Sadge6 I did it, I studied warrior and slapped it on my main, made strolh and hulkenberg knights and just jump trusted and used my main as a item guy lol

MC can mostly tank his attacks as brawler but not so well the anothers so I just guard with them if I wasnt sure if he will attack to charge up.

You unlock brawler doing a quest in the cathedral dungeon. The dungeon being the the one you can acesss in the 3 day limit you have near the end of the demo. You can also unlock the merchant archetype in the demo but you aren’t able to actually engage in combat as it due to the time limit.

@@itzme2252 yeah I entered the dungeon on the 3rd day as I did the church up to the demo ending point on the 2nd day left and did this dungeon on the 3rd day. But you can enter it on the 2nd day too.

Is there somewhere in the game that actually explain this? I finished the demo but never knew about the mage passive.

@@helloworld-dh6hq It's in the menu which showcases it's skills, but again such is only a skill the protagonist may have even if the passive effects the entire party. As I understand the protagonist gets a unique passive from each archetype class that can not be inherited.

Another strat was MC as Brawler but Inherited Knights default skill, have the other Knights Inherit ice or healing

Switch to mage class and kill weak enemies in the overworld its replenishes your mana

if you mean 1st turn bc he would have killed either of my party members with the 2nd attack leaving me be just behind dps from there on. and afterwards its more like I was sure if he will charge or normal attack as as his turn orders dont seem to be scripted except the 1st two I think. Also the dude is lvl 22 compared to me lvl 11 so I just wanted to get in as much as possible dmg into him. But if you come in better prepared you can stack one or 2x def before doing HOJ but you just lose 200 dmg basically

@@kevin9035 you just have to do the side quest to work at the inn once and do the wisdom event on the bench to get r2 wisdom.

@@WhySoSeriousSenpaiwell you can’t “finish the dungeon” in the demo after a certain point the demo ends even if 3 days haven’t gone by

@@WhySoSeriousSenpai you have to skip turning in the quest tho ( which gets you the merchant archetype right? ) don’t you in order to do both right? As I couldn’t figure out a way to do both and take time to hand in that quest.
