That looks to be a great side spreader. The lid in particular with full length stiffeners across the width of it is well engineered design. I have repaired many spreader lids and barrels. Just yestereday, I delivered a Flemming MS700 lid back to its customer. The lid was bent, cracked and rotted through in places. Far too weak and flimsy.

But without fabric to keep the stone in place the stone will spread out and in 3-4 years there will be no difference than before. Tell me why I am wrong please.

Seems to be a very strong machine. Where are the dealership in R O I.

Looks a heavy built machine, just an idea I think the mudgaurds need a steep angle on them coming from half way up the drum down to the edge of the tire that way any muck will slide down to the ground instead of sitting on the mudgaurd and rotting the metal, the rest of the machine looks to be built very well.
