Welcome to Stories of the Season: Our Belly Dance Stories Holiday Theater Show!
This year, we are presenting Stories of the Season in two unique formats: a live, in-person theater show in Miami and this online showcase. We are thrilled to share this special virtual edition of the amazing artistry that our storytellers have created.
These videos are an exciting part of our recent Performer Development Lab, where dancers trained in technique, theater, writing, and performance. This Lab served as a space for mentorship and self-discovery, where each dancer crafted personal stories that reflect their experiences and growth. For the final stage of their journey in the Lab, these students have created stunning pieces that reflect their personal stories and creative growth.
Belly Dance Stories is where every curve tells a tale, celebrating the power of dance in art, community, and self-exploration. We invite you to watch and read about their story, and connect with the themes of reflection, resilience and joy.
