There is a resonator in this video. The setup I am running is Catless and Muffler Delete with RESonator still present.

@@slo.w35it sounds great! I’m currently running a res delete with a catless downpipe with stock muffler on my ewg n55, Ive been debating going as the same setup as you but wondering it will be too loud compared to my set up of catless downpipe, res delete, and stock muffler

It was my least favorite install i would say, it was hard with the tight space!

It is Catless and no Muffler. Just resonator.

@@slo.w35 After the stock turbo goes out if it ever does then I’ll go FrankenTurbo N55+(for daily) or a big boost 3.3 kit if i want high power.

@@chancehimselff Just listen carefully to the engine, don't get frightened by the injector tick, its loud on all BMW's but make sure the belt is fairly new and that it is not misfiring

When you go to sports plus, just press down the knob to accept sports settings.

VRSF Catless Dp 3.5inch because I am PWG N55.

I beat on my car almost every time I drive it which is pretty often. As for Rod Bearings, I have no problems yet, knocking on wood. My mileage is at 127,000 Miles which is pretty decent and its still holding on great. For replacing rod bearings, I am waiting to change the oil pan and then bearing while I am their. You can wait on these rod bearings up to about 140k miles. Its the next thing on my mind to replace. Always though let the car warm up. Never drive it cold because it will ruin your bearings.

@@slo.w35are u enjoying it? I only ask because I’m supposed to be buying a pwg tmmr but have been seeing a lot of people saying they are slower more unreliable etc

Mine is a tank. No problems at 126k miles. Only a radiator leak and that was it. PWG are slower in terms of being able to upgrade them with big power. It takes more money than Ewg. It’s a slight difference in power like.

PWG is not as bad as people make it seem. I’m pushing close to 400hp with just catless and stage 1 tune.

Get the b58. More reliability and easier to make power. Though the n55 just sounds a tad bit better and less of a hassle to work on.

Go for it! N55 engines are one of my favorite Bmw engines. They may not make a lot of power compared to N54 or B58. But the sound is unbeatable. The downpipe makes the sound even better. Initially I thought it would make it raspy but it just made it more throatier with the M-Performance Exhaust I have paired to it.

It has a bootmod3 Stage 1 tune.

@@slo.w35 stage 1 doesn’t increase sound right? Will mine sound the same but I’ll be straight piped with catless no tune?

@@H0rseMac Stage 1 does nothing to sound. It just messes with the electronics of the car to push more power. If you go catless it will be loud, I do recommend the tune though because without it the car will run rich and not to good for the car.

It is a 2013. It is a bullet man, I'll tell you, it has not given me any problems besides a faulty heater core and a leaking radiator which are parts that fail.

@@trillzeeo8451 2013's have a smaller turbo and Pneumatic Wastegate. 2014's have a bigger turbo and Electronic wastegate which is better for tuning and more power. so 2014 is the way to go.

It's a Q60. I know the owner. At least he said Q60 but didn't tell me what was done to it. He said soon he is going twin turbo and wants to run it up again.

@@slo.w35 q60s are v6 twins u can still beat a stock one with a fbo 335i but that's a g37 u can talk by the headlight they are completely different
