☝️🤓 Ok I'm gonna be that guy: Pretty sure the Emporer's Children are the only legion given permission by the Emporer to wear the Aquila so Ultramarines bearing that symbol is wild. These guys behave and move like guardsmen more than space marines. They're equivalent and in many ways superior to Halo Spartans and they bumble around gracelessly like a bunch of unaugmented humans. There's not a chance any of them would have trouble jumping a 10ft gap. The banter is good since I get they're new recruits. No one listens to the old veteran/apothecary is implemented well. I see he's got 2 studs denoting 2 centuries while the captain only has 1. Good detail there. But also: This film is also extremely boring. 3/4 of the movie is these guys walking somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Astartes can sprint very fast. I'm not understanding the pacing. I'm also not understanding why they couldn't have been dropped closer to the place they were looking for. Astartes can see in the dark. There's no need for flamer guy to light up the corners with his flamer. These guys should have no trouble seeing in most conditions. And I'm only 37 minutes in. Wtf.

I really like the exaggerated armor, oversized weapons and titanic ships in 40K Warhammer. It's great visuals. And interesting comments on warfare.

We need more like this. This is amazing. My only concern is, with my limited knowledge of lore of 40,000 k is this: I thought Any space marine would be really difficult to kill. These new novice Ultra Marines were killed almost instantly. Please explain.
