Hi I am also being scammed by uptownie, i ordered a product from uptownie and didn't like the quality anf fit so I returned it . They credited the amount in my uptownie wallet. When I tried to order the product again from the uptownie wallet, the amount got 0. Really very bad.

Biggest eCommerce scam is going on! #Uptownie is looting people. They are stating that they are offering "easy return policy" but in reality they are not giving back any refunds. They take back the products as well. And infact, are blocking people when we ask them about the update.

Uptownie is pathetic and they have pathetic customer service. They don’t accept returns although they have mentioned it in their return policy. They will block you on Insta, Gmail and WhatsApp if you follow up with them. Pathetic customer service. They are scamming their customers.

They are fraud … no reverts …

I have ordered it 20 days back and still haven't got any updates on my order. I have mailed/ massage them but no progress as my order is prepaid. Neither they providing product nor the refund. Now they blocked me as I massage them on updates. Totally fraud.
