I have a question plz answer it sir Are viral cutaneous infection itchy or not ? Why for example rubella(viral) does not cause itchy lesions, whereas impetigo (bacterial infection)cause itchiness So how can i tell when a lesion is itchy or not?😭

Dear Doctor, Iam having chronic itching from calf muscles to feet. Though, I consuted many dermatologists, itching goes on. I have applied moisturizers, taken anti histaminics , steroids & homeopathic drugs, promethazine tabs, but of no use in the long run. I get very good relief if I pour very hot water. I think some food stuffs especially preservatives, certain wheat products, & even almonds trigger itching.
