Took the Mini 3 Pro out to see if I could get a different angle on the same old pix of Spouting Horn. It was an interesting experiment and as a bonus, now you get to see the backside of water!

We treated ourselves to dinner in Murano on the Equinox. Seriously one of the best meals we've ever experienced. If you're on a ship with Murano you owe it to yourself to try it!

We had a short stop in St. Croix on our cruise and spent most of our time with our faces in the water snorkeling. We were there just long enough to confirm we want to spent more time in the USVI and/or BVI.

Part 3 of our cruise vlog finds us on St. Maarten where we had a wonderful day touring the island with our guide Taz from Splash in the Sun ATV Tours (www.splashinthesun.com/). Then we had just enough time to do some jewelry shopping before getting back on board.

One of Kauai's hidden gems is the garden at Smith's Tropical Paradise. The location hosts a luau several times a week, but you can also pay a nominal fee to tour the 30-acre gardens during the week.

My wife and I had that same meal at Murano on the Equinox on September 22, 2024. It was OUTSTANDING !!! Also had the souffle for desert. The lobster bisc was awesome also
I noticed that my favorite dessert, the Grand Marnier soufflé, now says with macerated mango. Is this something you can leave out? I don’t believe in messing with perfection. I have that dessert every single time I eat in Murano and it is wonderful. Happy 25th Anniversary!
I’m not positive, but the staff was very accommodating to us. I’d imagine they could leave it out or offer an alternative.

It looks amazing! Great presentation. Can I ask if your order for chateaubriand for two is a dinner for two? Because you also shared a lobster, or did you each have a lobster tail? I made reservations for Murano and I would like both like you had. Thank you for sharing.
Hi there. Neither of us could decide between the chateaubriand or the lobster so we asked our waiter if we could have a surf and turf sort of arrangement. He said that would not be a problem. We each had a lobster and then they brought a good-sized hunk of tenderloin to slice. I was afraid the lobster was going to be overcooked, but it was absolutely perfect and the sauce was over the top delicious.
