    The 055 tripod is basically indestructible apart from running over it with a tank or throwing it over a cliff and every part can be replaced i absolutely love mine very versatile and tough

    Great video... I just purchased the xpro4 about 8 months ago and i love it. I travel 35 weeks a year for work (not photography work) and i travel with it all the time. I bought the peak design for travel and then bought the Ulanzi and yes, they are very nice... but i'm shooting with Leica camera and Lens' and the Peak D and Ulanzi feels like the camera is making the tripod stable vs. the tripod making the camera stable. This is a workhorse and hope to get 10 years out of it. Looking forward to more of your content and seeing your channel grow.

    Hey Cameron, your 055 link is broken, FYI. Good overview. [Edit] Tall tripods let you shoot things over your head (birds, buildings etc) without having to stoop over. You'll appreciate that when you get older :)

    Thanks for great comments about the 2, as a pro, I would certainly pick the advantages of the Z6ii. If I was a hobbyist the Z6 would be enough. What is your comments on how to compare the new ZF to the Z6ii? Just wondering. ZF has lots of pros, however some cons. (memory storage not great - microSD and SD?, however AF is supposed to be even better like Z8 with Expeed 7, the grip is not so great-tiny, rotating screen is great, mixed bag of specs, not exactly designed for pros I think! Top dials I don't need, and does not have a top LCD like Z6ii. More for advanced amateurs, hobbyists and vloggers). Comments? Although Nikon is trying to sell to pros and amateurs the ZF, pros don't seem to be the target for ZF.

    Nice video. I can buy the same tripod (135$ I think someone stole it and now trying to sell). Would be great to see the next video about tripod Manfrotto heads, for photo and video setup.

    • @thenexthobby
      @thenexthobby Рік тому

      I assisted with 2 photogs who did architectural work. I don't remember what tripods they used, but each had a Manfrotto 222 head. This is also known as Bogen 3265 and neither are available new any more, I don't think. It's a joystick design, sort of like a pistol grip in operation without the handle being in the wrong place like pistol grips are. What it allows is all of the flexibility of a regular ballhead without needing to fiddle with knobs. And it adds 7" to the height, so that you don't need to raise a tripod's center section as high as sacrifice stability.

    I heard someone say that the z6 rendered photos Colors a bit differently the 6ii. Iv seen a comparison of the 6ii vs z7ii and the 7 def has more of that Sony blue hue going on whereas the 6 has more of a lean into magenta and the image was brighter . I wonder if it’s true about the two 6 having didf colors . I’d pick the 6 over 7 for the color difference bc I find it makes a difference especially when pushing saturation. Some don’t care about that but I do . I saw a video with the z6 and I really liked the colors , but if 6ii was exactly the same I’d go for it, just really haven’t seen a comparison of photos side by side of the two . Some people don’t even notice the difference between 6 and 7

    • @cameronphotography
