How many cities out there plow your residential streets and at the same time clear away the snow plow drift that they have created right across your driveway? Short video of three rust areas on door edges that have become a problem. I was not able to weld in patches at this time due to lack of equipment, but something must be done to slow down the rust. I wish I could say that the #transcanadahighway is a joy to drive on the prairies. But I can't. I drove most of the way in the left lane, as the right lane was so badly beat up. A quick trip from Salmon Arm BC, through Revelstoke and into the Rockies via the Trans Canada #1 Highway. I have not driven this route since spring of 2020. At that time, there was still a four hour detour at Golden that took you down the 95 to Radium Hot Springs and then up and over a narrow, 30-50 Klm Per Hr mountain pass, Vermillion Crossing, via the 93, to join back up with the #1 just West...

      There are small copper 'crush' washers that seal the injector into the top of the Cyl. Those copper seals normally come with a 'Return Line Kit'. See my Part 2 video at min 2:50 ish. ua-cam.com/video/IKtwkZvaP-o/v-deo.html

    Its a 400m big block

    • @kblackav8or
      @kblackav8or 10 місяців тому

      Ford isn't "big block" "Small Block' That is a 335 series engine. They came in 2 deck heights 9.2 and 10. The 9.2 is the 351 Cleveland. the 400 and 351M are the tall deck engines. Same heads and most of the rest are interchangeable except intake manifolds. The 385 series engine is the 429/460 (and 370 truck engine). The FE goes from 330 to 428. the MEL is 400 430 and 462. The original Superduty v8 from the 60s was 401/477/534. What's a big block Pontiac? No such thing either. They used the same block from 300 something to 455. And the M only applies to the 351 version not the 400. Why? Because Ford had a 351W, a 351C and to tell the difference a 351M. They only made 1 400 version so it's just a a 400. Get educated on Ford stuff if you are going to be a Ford guy.

    • @matthewq4b
      @matthewq4b 8 місяців тому

      @@kblackav8or Not quite true there are Small Blocks the 221-351W are called Small Blocks By Ford and the 385 series and MEL's are also referred to as big blocks by Ford in Auto applications. Everything else uses its Family name. The only exceptions are the FE's that were initially referred to as a medium block and slotted between the Y Blocks and the big block MEL's and the 335's that are generally called Clevelands even by Ford. And the Super Duty V8's were introduced in the 50's NOT the 60's. So the Terminology of Small and Big Block is used by Ford.

      Except it turns to gas before it enters the cylinder, meaning no evaporative cooling I have heard direct injection helps with that. With how quickly it turns to gas I wonder if that would increase or decrease evaporative cooling I've been wanting to get an l87 and try it out since they have direct injection
