great video and great song, but the lion king isn't based of religion it's based of Shakespeare's play hamlet just with a more child friendly ending, however like everything else these days things can have more than one meaning to different people, again great job on the video :)

@CenturysSamurai Technically no. Buddha is to most Buddhists what Jesus is to some Christians: a prophet or an enlightened individual. Theravada and some Mahayana Buddhists (the two main Buddhist sects) believe Buddha was human. Some Mahayana Buddhists believe he was an embodiment of a diety (like some Christians believe that Jesus was an embodiement, or the Son, of God).

I love how 'nonbelievers' are categorized as evil outcasts who won't be accepted in this idea. How christian of you.

Well...mixed here... I don't know what the song has to do with 'the Lion King.' I'll have to ponder that 1. I liked the sound of the song when it 1st came out, but was conflicted about the message. Clearly, I believe God did become 1 of us; therefore the question of the song to me becomes, "He did; why don't you believe?" Other than that, it reminded me to pray more. Sad thought anyone would think only the pope was calling our Creator.

This song appears as part of the soundtrack for the movie "Darkness Falls". It rocks the house. I'm definitely going to use it for one of my projects. Just don't know what yet. :)

The song is "Gunboat" by Vixtrola (Jamie Blake), off their unreleased album "End: user" signed by Geffen. Why this is still unreleased I have no idea, she's a great songwriter and singer, plus she's beautiful. Totally unfair that she's so under-rated.

it doesn't matter if we believe in god, or buddha, or anyone, all that matter is we are all people, all humans, and no matter what we need to rely on each other. I'm not sure what this song means to me yet, but i do love it. Don't judge people by what you see on the outside, or what they believe, or what they don't, look at them for their kindness, their love, the things that really matter. Their heart is what you need to see.

Oooh..very nice...and I found the story! At least I think I have....either way it's really cool! I l normally don't like slideshows that much but this one was really good! I especially like the part at about 1:40-ish were Frollo is harassing Esmeralda in the one shot then in the next one Phoebes is in Frollo's face...I got a kick out of it! Nice work all the way around...I liked it!
