I purchased the 6.0 and have not been able to get it to work . I have called the customer service several times and have received no response .Also left several messages

This is amazing. You are very talented. I crochet as well and there are free apps that you can use or sites to upload yoir pictures a d turn them into pixel form for you. Rule would apply for quilt as well

I get that this is 7 years old old so you may not see this. Cool software. My question is. Do I need an internet connection WHILE using this software or can it be used on a computer without internet connection? My workshop is located where I don't have internet connection. However of course I do have access to internet at the house.

Trying to learn this and those values were too close on some or else the photography made the color different. Three of them appeared the opposite of what you said they were (in my eyes)

Thank you for the free patterns and great tips. Please tell me what you have in yellow. I cannot see it well enough to read.

Cool idea on how to recycle old dull sewing machine needles. I hate to throw stuff like that away if they're not broke.

When I first click on the video, after around 47 to 50 seconds, the video cuts off. It's done that with each video I watched on U-Tube.
