They Both Transformed. I think that the power was kind of flowing for both of them Teela was trying to harnest three magics two of which (Ka and Havok) were completely new to her, as she kind of Inherited the power of the last staff (Zoar, Sorceress, Teela's mother). I think that since the Power of Grayskull was so tied to the power of the Sorceress that when Adam called it down (and I think he even saw this) that it gave Teela the strength to tame the Havok an Kaa Staffs. I also think that some of the Magic's Teela was dealing with flowed into Adam as well powering up his He-man form. I also think Duncan at the end is right "It's about time".

Jason was a great Red Ranger, but Tommy was on another level, the flute dagger or whatever you want to call it, the shield vest thing, the fact he was something new and exciting, kids were refusing to go to school when they thought Tommy wasnt coming back, hes then come back to play the most different rangers and different colours out of every ranger ever. However when Jason screams Tyrannosaurus at the end of the morph sequence it gives me chills everytime, i love that shit
