Bruce is ready to be back on the road and is feeling much better, and that came from his wife, Kimmie. It's still unclear why he hasn't been back yet. I've heard that Kevin wasn't going to have him back for the rest of the year. Whether that's true or not, i really don't know.

Agreed. They aren't what they used to be, but they do put on the best show that they can. I will continue to see them until they are no longer touring. Their music brings back so many great memories for me. My only criticism would be that i wish they did more shows by themselves where they play an additional 4-5 extra songs....maybe ones that they don't play that often. Nonetheless, i love REO. lol

Hard to believe that he moves like thaat for someone that 74 years old! I love REO, but my very first concert was seeing Rick at the Philadelphia Spectrum on the Success Hasn't Spoiled Me Yet tour.

@@sGeek-lm5kj Yes, he still works out and eats very well so it all goes hand-in-hand! I've been to many Rick concerts and am going to see him in June...I'm still and always so excited to see him!!

@@moonchild-711 I think a lot of bands that we grew up with need to have that kind of regiment. I saw him last August in Atlantic City and he never ceases to amaze with his shows. I caught his stripped down show a few years back, which was pretty cool. It felt like the old VH-1 show, Behind the Music or Storytellers. Is the June show with Richard Marx?

I can understand that. I remember seeing them a few years ago when tours started up again after covid, and when i caught a video that someone posted, it was cringe-worthy....i chalked it up to just not singing and being on the road for a long time. He doesn't hit the high notes like he used to, but I'm ok with that.....and I agree about getting old. I give them credit though, still touring after more than 50 years......not too many bands can say that. Thank you for the comment.

I'm from eastern PA, and Reading is only 25 miles west of me. I'm in Lehigh County. Reading is in Berks County.

I can't disagree with that. I will say that Dave has really fit in well with the band. I do miss Gary and I wish back in the day that he and Kevin could have worked out their differences, but no matter how long it took, I'm glad that they reconnected prior to his death and love how Kevin brings him up in their concerts and keeping his spirit alive. I know that Alan meets up with the band occasionally, but not sure if he's ever sat in and played with them since his retirement.

I will admit that they sounded great! Kevin's vocals were more on point than in previous years. It sounded like he's not trying to hit the high notes that much, which I'm ok with. Definitely an excellent show!

@Xmao002 I was at the same show in Charleston, WV. I agree. I also think it was one of the best live shows ever. REO Speedwagon turned it up. My favorite band from back in the day.
