Definitely play. Not that it is essential to enjoying the show, but Fallout 3, New Vegas and 4 are worth it if you enjoy those sorts of games.

Those were not Harkonnens, those were from the Spacing Guild. The creature with the eye you briefly saw was a Navigator, which for some reason Villeneuve decided not to include. The child you saw with the knife was not a Bene Gesserit but Alia, Paul's sister, which Villeneuve for some reason decided hadn't been born yet by the time of his victory over the Emperor and the Harkonnens (whereas in the book and this film she was instrumental in ending the Baron).

This trailer is a masterpiece of emotional manipulation. This has got to be my most anticipated film of the year. Dreamworks is always hit or miss and if this is anything like How to Train Your Dragon and The Last Wish in terms of storytelling it's going to be amazing. I have read the book and it's pretty good.

GoT got screwed up long before the final season. But yeah, I don't think that'll happen her. They didn't start screwing up until they ran out of book to adapt, and here the entire book series is already out. Also, this book series isn't nearly as long as GoT, so they also won't likely get impatient and burned out like they did with the final several seasons of GoT. They actually did a fantastic job when they had solid material to adapt during the first 3 or 4 seasons.

This trailer genuinely made me cry. I know it has a cast, but i hope this story can be told with little dialogue. The fact this trailer has made people tear up on visuals and music alone is proof of the power that movies can have when they _show_ and don't tell. I can't wait for this!!

The books are incredible, a much more realistic take on the alien invasion story, in terms of unfathomable technology that threatens humanity. The story spans until the literal end of time so hopefully they are able to go that far with this series.

My friend Sheila Shaw died and came back. She said Christ came to her! He told her forgiveness and kindness is so important. But what is amazing is that this bird showed her his eye- and there was a planet in it. Well- this is what EXACTLY happened to Sheila. Christ pointed to His eye and in it was a planet. Regarding forgiveness, I wrote a list of all I needed to forgive and all I needed forgiveness for. Forgave. Asked God for forgiveness. Feels free. I do this nightly now- reviewing my day of where I missed the mark and could have done better and work on forgiving any snarky stuff from others. I hope this movie is as great as it seems! :)
