Salt is older than humanity. We have been using it “forever”. Now it’s suddenly unhealthy? Ok. 😂 You keep seasoning your food. Processed food, sugar are much worse for you than salt. We need salt in our bodies.

I spent 2 weeks in Albania last month, Tirana and Korce, I absolutely love it!!! Also went to Greece for a day, the food is so fresh, now i just want to cry when i see food in packages!

I love it. My parents were born in Turkey, and it reminds me of my grandma food. It's delicious, But you put too much salt. It's not healthy!
Yes you're right, too much salt isn't healthy, we try to be careful! Keep in mind, the food is for 4 people and it gives flavour to the food. Thank you for watching! We love turkey 🇬🇷🫶🏼🇹🇷

Ποια αλβανικά φαγητά...μα τη μας λέτε τώρα... όλα είναι Ελληνικά και με σφραγίδα, καλά που ήρθαν στην Ελλάδα και μάθανε να μαγειρεύουν και να φάνε.Στο νότο κατι ήξεραν,οι βόρειοι επάνω ζούσαν με τουρσιά και κριθαρένιο ψωμί... Έλα λοιπόν καμία σύγκριση μην τά ισοπεδώνουμε όλα.Απο τη καταλαβενει κάποιος τα γυρίσματα εκτός από το το σπίτι πρέπει να έχουν γίνει και εκεί που δουλεύει ή κυρια .. Πιο σολομό, ούτε ψάρι δεν είχαν δει στη ζωή τους
