THIS IS SUCH AN IMPORTANT TOPIC!!! I've been exposed to mold two times in my life. The first time was in my workplace (between 2008-2012 when there were zero to few mold specialists in my area.) I was uninformed about the dangers of mold and the second time was when I had a plastic tube from my fridge break and flooded our condo followed three weeks later by a unfortunate; piercing of the sewer pipe in our kitchen that took out our entire kitchen. Becasue I know that living in our condo during a remodel process would not be good for me) we left our condo and moved into a Residence Inn for 9 1/2 month during our condo repair. That Inn was filled with mold and I was re-exposed to mold and got very ill again.. I've spent years and years and thousands and thousands of out-of-pocket dollars to try to heal. In addition the mold triggered Autoimmune Thyroid Hashimoto's as well as other health issues. It's been a long and hard journey of healing for me.

I lived in the Cap Hill area of Denver where they have many old, water-damaged buildings.
