    I like a lot how the 1st half of this video gives instant tips and the 2nd half is on a deeper level deeper how to deal with procastrination. The second part is very valuable and not well known, much appreciated

    I'd wish this topic or parts of it were taught at primary school! A subject like social skills or awareness... would have made our lives as an adult bit easier..

    It's good to become aware of these signs... I experienced gaslighting too, but was quite late aware. Subtle signals were there, but I was so close to this person, it did not cross my mind it could be gaslighting.. I loved the video: advising to journal or log events was soo helpful! It created an awareness of the whole situation and confirmed why I felt something is off... It cleared my doubts about myself maybe seeing things wrong. But I became aware of patterns of lying about small things, providing bits/no/false information, projecting their own behavior... This was so helpful, thank you!

    I've experienced this from my narcissistic father and his flying monkeys they're gaslighting bullies & they love playing mind games with me they also love silent treatment when I question there narrative .

Gaslighting is indeed a tactic that a narcissist person can use to maintain control. We hope you don't have experience this type of behavior anymore.
