I think your crit rate is kinda low, you're hitting high numbers but also missing more crits. The ideal crit rate/damage ratio is 1:2, so a better balance with the same crit value from your build would be around 87 crit rate and 175 crit damage (not assuming external crit buffs like Xianyun's A1 and Faruzan's C6).

1. Definitely supports. For an F2P weapon, Blackcliff Pole is decent enough. 2. Imo, C2 is the point at which Faruzan becomes almost irreplaceable for Xiao's hypercarry teams.

I don't think so. Bennett's tap skill animation is so short that skipping it wouldn't save much time. At least not enough to be faster than Xianyun + Furina.

With Bennett, the damage potential is slightly higher, but Jean feels MUCH better to use in my opinion (more Anemo energy, less "stay in a circle").

Honestly, yeah, I think it's worth it. If you have Furina and C6 Faruzan, you already have everything you need to make Xiao very strong. I recommend checking out a recent video of mine titled "Yaksha Cup", where I used 4 Xiao teams (2 with Xianyun + 2 without Xianyun) in this current abyss 12 and comparing the clear times.

Yea actually the dmg Is like the same, i run him with faruzan c6 not completely built and xianyun and he does 90k without furina

I got very lucky on the character banner but had bad luck with the weapon. I pulled 6 5-stars and got C2R1 (cons unactivated for now). But after going from 2.7 to 4.2 without winning a single 50/50, any 50/50 won is now a big win for me. 🙏

@@Rafos yeah that's nice. I lost to nahidas weapon then had to go again for hers, the lost again on character, then got c0 and finally won 50/50 for c1 lol, could have been worse, but I stopped finally after winning 1 50/50. This game eats you up sometimes

Legit that team is a machine gun for xiao I dont have furina or xianyun and im crying for on of them(my xiao😢)

Xiao's best team is now comparable to Neuvillette and Nilou in AoE, but is also very strong in single-target if you know how to abuse collision damage. With this team, I would say Xiao is definitely worth it. It's one of the best teams in the game, both in strength and consistency. Without this team, Xiao is still fairly strong, but with clear flaws (mainly energy issues without C6 Faruzan and mobility restrictions due to Bennett's burst).

MH is the best set for Homa and Vermillion is the best set for PJWS. Both combinations are so similar that the best build for your Xiao will depend on the substats. I recommend using the Genshin Optimizer or comparing your builds on a damage calculator. And yes, you can definitely hit 100k even with C0 Faruzan.

In theory, PJWS is slightly better, but it comes with a restriction: Xiao already gets some crit rate with ascension stat and Xianyun's A1 passive. When using PJWS, there is so much free crit rate that it's extremely difficult to get a Marechaussee build for Xiao with high crit value without wasting substats by overcaping crit rate. So with PJWS, you're basically stuck with Vermillion. By itself, this isn't a problem, as Vermillion is still Xiao's best set. But when we farm Vermillion, we are farming exclusively for Xiao. Marechaussee on the other hand, is almost as good as Vermillion and its domain is great for half the damage dealers in the game if you have Furina. TL;DR: PJWS is the best weapon if you want to get the most out of Xiao to a min-maxing degree. Homa is more convenient if you want to have a very strong Xiao but don't want to focus so much investment on him alone.

@@Rafos but which which set and which weapond i would need to have max dmg with xiao. I have xianyun c2 faruzan c6 and bennet c4.

With C2 Xianyun + Bennett, Marechaussee + Homa is a little better, as the higher crits are more valuable to this team than the extra Atk from Vermillion + PJWS. (tho at least in theory, Vermillion + PJWS is still slightly better for his best team, with Furina instead of Bennett)

Jade spear and Vermilion set. However Vermilion is hard to farm and isn't resin friendly as it's only used on Xiao and no other character. Also, You can check a few video guides on Xiao build if you're still confused.

​@@zulhelmi9980 Diluc can only do 8 plunges per rotation, Xiao can consistently do 12. Also, vaporizing Pyro plunges in AoE is very inconsistent, but Xiao doesn't need reactions. Not to mention that in multiwave content, we need to reset the VV setup for each wave. And if the wave spawns far away, Diluc needs to leave Bennett's Burst, which is a considerable DPS loss. While Xiao doesn't need to reset any setup and doesn't need to stay inside a circle. There's a reason why many theorycrafters are comparing Xiao to Neuvillette now. TGS recently made a video going into the details, I recommend checking it out.

​@@zulhelmi9980It's not about the numbers alone bruh. Xiao's DMG is far more easily accessible. No Circle, No reactions, No VV setups, long uptime s for multi-wave. It's really an insanely fluid team. Diluc might kill every boss faster than Xiao, but Xiao's team is honestly one of the best now.

@@zulhelmi9980 xiao is better than diluc. Period. Diluc might clear faster against bosses with inconsistent vapes but that's it. His plunges have very little aoe and you don't get vapes with every plunge. His team also lacks any grouping to compensate. Just wait till a new abyss comes out when aoe is more valuable, then you would understand how good xiao is

There's a recent video on my channel titled "Support Showdown" where I compare C5 Faruzan vs C6 Faruzan, I recommend checking it out. The damage increase is pretty high, but the best part of her C6 in my opinion is the energy generation and crowd control.

Because it's a waste of primos. Cons are only good if they improve gameplay, numbers don't mean anything if you can clear at c0.

I actually have Xianyun's C2 and Furina's C1 (waiting for rerun to get C2), I just haven't activated it yet. 😅 Now that Xiao has this new amazing team, I wanted to make some content with the "F2P Friendly" version before activating constellations.

@@alatusedits Since the buff cards reset every day and we can leave the abyss without resetting the run, we can clear each chamber on different days, waiting for the daily reset to give us a crit buff in each chamber.
