The teacher made me feel so gross and I was listening to it.. I was just uncomfy.

I love your videos, and I always check them when you post, but as someone mentioned, I have to fully turn the volume up whenever I watch your videos to hear your voice😢.

Off topic... Do you use a mic? I find that I have to turn my volume way up to hear you 🤷🏻‍♂ I felt same way about The Teacher... I also was about to give 2.5 until that last twist bumped my rating to a 3 😲 I gave 5 stars to both BRIDE & LIFE'S TOO SHORT and a 4.5 to HAPPY PLACE 🤗 That one aspect of BRIDE definitely caught me off guard, but didn't bother me too much... I love anything Vampire or Werewolf 🧛‍♀ For me, someone who did not like Ali Hazelwood, I think Check & Mate & Bride were absolutely FANTASTIC... I'm a STAN 👍🏽

Inspired? Powerless is straight up a copy & paste... There's a difference between taking inspiration and just taking scenes and placing them into your book. That opening marketplace scene was just Cinder... The "trials" were so exactly like The Hunger Games that I was CRINGING... The two different types of people was straight Red Queen. I know one BookTuber who I LOVE said don't go into it for the FANTASY and then gave this FANTASY book 5 Stars 🤷🏻‍♂ That's how I knew this was just "Let's Hype Lauren Roberts Up" since she's one of US(former book content creator). And listen, if I hadn't read Red Queen... If I hadn't seen Hunger Games movies several times each... If I hadn't read The Lunar Chronicles... etc, then yes, I'd probably have enjoyed it. Maybe she should have left the fantasy out and just left it as a romance book. And listen, I'm as BASIC as they come when it comes to reading... I'm not hard to please, but I can't do something so unoriginal 👎🏽 OK... I'm done ranting 😂

I was not a big fan of The Teacher and didn't like the storyline it took(I'm a teacher, so I'm biased)... But I'll admit that final twist was good... Didn't see that coming... So that bumped it to 3 stars Betting On You was good but forgettable... I gave it 3.75 I LOVED Bride and gave it 5 Stars and after giving Check & Mate 5 also, my opinion on Miss Hazelwood has changed... HaHa, I know what you're talking about when it comes to Bride and that through me off a bit at first, but I got over it and just accepted it as part of their world... Other than that I thought it was such a good romance and mystery ♥

I thought Check & Mate was a 5 Star read... I thought the family dynamics were so well done... The sisters were hilarious... The romance was a good slow burn... And I love that it was Chess... I don't get the dislike when books mention social media?? Is it not something we all use? And if a book is taking place in present time, it would make sense that social media is mentioned. And I think people are too obsessed with the labeling of this as YA... I feel like Goodreads has EVERY book tagged Adult & YA...

I tried to listen to Emily Wilde and I wasn't feeling the audiobook, but I was lowkey enjoying the story and wan't to pick up the physical copy and try with my eyeballs in the summer 🤷🏻‍♂ I enjoyed The Do Over... Better Than the Movies still my FAV The Scythe Trilogy is FANTASTIC I gave Life's Too Short 5 Stars 🤗 Eventually I will get to Magnolia Parks... After I'm done with Addicted/Calloway

Welcome Back 🤗 Addie LaRue is my all-time favorite book… I’ve read it 4 times ❤ I DNF’d Powerless… I listened to 7 hours and it was such a ripoff of Hunger Games & Red Queen that I was bored… The only reason it’s getting the hype by young bookish creators is that the author is a fellow creator… Maybe if I hadn’t read those two series, then I might have enjoyed 👎🏽👎🏽 Happy Place was really good 👍🏽 If you are going to read Tom Lake, let me suggest the audiobook.. It’s narrated by Meryl Streep who I LOVE… she’s the only reason I finished the book 🤷🏻‍♂️

Hello! I can recommend to you The locked door by Freida McFadden, I read it a couple of days ago and it did not disappoint me! Also, You're not supposed to die tonight by Kalynn Bayron is a YA horror but more spooky than scary, set at the end of summer (but still Halloween vibes in my opinion). And if you're looking for full Halloween vibes but YA, Raising the horseman by Serena Valentino could bé a good pick! Not the greatest but the vibes 👌🏼 (it is a Disney book inspired by Sleepy Hollow and the headless horseman!)

Hello! I read Collided a few weeks ago because I was missing f1 and I read Throttled last year and... omg I hated that book so much, especially the main guy (Liam I think?) he is such a big walking red flag! Freaking hated the dude 😂

I have the same issue with Chloe Gong’s books. They’re just so difficult to read 😭 I felt so stupid while reading These Violent Delights because I had to keep going back to reread because I couldn’t comprehend what she was trying to say the first time

I just finished listening to One dark window last night and 😊, so good! The second book comes out in October so I pre ordered that one. The same with the second of Divine Rivals. "Fake" dating and a spicy scene caught me off guard with One dark window. Such a good story!
