HJust to let you know that in thec ouple of weeks the YMCA in Hawaii just started teaching this class--they call it drums alive-!!!! I enjoy this class right here in my office--plus I can do it anytime I get stressed--LOL Its grat exercise for the maind and body. Its just too bad a lot more people never even heard of it. Hats of to your 2 accomplices--they do very well- Plz keep it ocming and I really hope you 3 will come up with some new versions. You can see the great Karma in whatt you are going overe there. Hi, this is coming from Hawaii. I only participate with the drums on UA-cam to do with Redwood. I so enjoy the drums. The instructors are really good. Very easy to follow, dressed really nice, and they look very professional, and they seem to be quite happy in the nice person and also some of the patients that are also performing.everyone take care happy Easter from Hawaii

It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁

Just started doing these exercises and find your videos easy to do and comfortable for the body issues I have... plus I can adabt them as I am going along to suit any discomfort I may feel during the session. And the music is great too!

We have been using Lindsay's videos for a few years now. I teach exercise classes at a senior community and we do cardio drumming twice per week. I didn't buy any equipment. We use (cut) pool noodles for drumsticks and a chair (with arms) as a drum. Works great!
