Excellent. Good work
I’m a nurse practitioner grad student. Your visuals provide lovely tags for both comprehension and memory retrieval. I was looking for a great topic review, which you provided. But the addition of the A&P and direct clinical implications made this my top ACE/ARB summary. All in less than eight minutes! Fantastic!
this video was really helpful - thank you
Can we include the explanation of phosphorylation of myosin light chain which is mediated m=by calcium influx? At what part of this explanation would that be appropriate? Thanks in advance!

@ 0:35 is ACh the stimulus for smooth muscle contractility? I thought it would be a catecholamine?
my question too!
I think Ach is for endothelial mediated vasodilation not constriction.
@@isaaclee6545 I might be wrong, but I think Ach is the main inhibitor transmitter for the parasympatic activity on the heart. I'm not sure if it acts on the smooth muscle in the blood vessel wall, but I know adrenaline does through the sympatic pathway. :)
fantastic video
there ain't no "propanolol"
Yeah, sorry about that! Never realised it had a 2nd 'R'!
Matthew, thank you so much for the information you have advised...... Its extremely helpful :)
