Quality of parts for us we would rate pretty highly, it felt sturdy, very secure and strong. In terms of delivery, the sales woman was upfront about delivery which was roughly about 6-8 weeks from when we purchased it. We weren't in too much of a rush seeming as bub wasn't due for at least another few months however in saying that, it arrived as promised within the timeframes. I would imagine there would be mixed reviews and experiences on this but this was ours, which was positive. Communication with the company was easy and responses prompt so should you have any questions, I'm sure they'll provide you the information you need. Hope this helped!

The anchor straps cover up to a standard queen size bed width which is 2.03m so this should cover it

Omg! Thanks for calling this out, I was asked about this and also spoke to the team member as well as the casting agency and cleared it up. We were wondering who misheard it and now I guess we know. I'm embarrassed more so that it was heard incorrectly. I did actually get another job with them although I'm still embarrassed by the whole situation 😔

Rommel Daroya hi Rommel thanks but you removed the toddler seat canopy. I was asking for the bassinet canopy because i plan to buy the bassinet stand for home use

@@hazelmae8718 so sorry, I misread your question and referenced the incorrect segment. I don't believe it does detach on the bassinet however the canopy does fold all the way back and doesnt get in the way. I've not tried to remove it myself however if you needed confirmation of clarification, you can always reach out to the Customer Care team info@redsbaby.com.au or 1300 344 964 whom are very prompt and helpful. The seat does recline into a flat position however it's more of a position that can be described as sitting flat on your back. Bub will be flat to provide a comfortable sleeping positon with their legs a little raised. My son Ezra definitely did not notice the difference and slept quite comfortably so there wasn't a need to switch to the bassinet. Personally, you only really need one or the other when you're out and about & wouldn't need to carry both with you. Depending on the age of your baby (for safety), where you're going or even your type of style for the day, decide what would be best for you and your baby. In my case I ended up using the stroller seat (rear facing) most of the time after Ezra was about 4 or 5 months old. Hope this helps.

Yeah apologies, you would've noticed the picture at the start was a Jive but the pram I reviewed with was and is most definitely the Metro. You may be referencing the Metro2 perhaps which I believe now only comes in the colour: Ocean and applies to the Jive2 also. Hope this helps clarify
