Hello, I had the same problem on my tesla and I have to pay out of my pocket. Can you please help me answering few questions. Did tesla cover the charges to fix this? Was ur car under warranty? If so, can you please provide some kind of reference number to show Tesla service center since they are claiming that they havent seen any isse like this.

They wouldn't let you just pay to use the charger at the hotel? Sometimes if no one needs it, they will let you pay to just use the charger. We did this in Savannah...

Ended returning it after seeing that the hooks don’t come with a rubber skin to keep it from scratching and wearing down your Tesla back seat cover after shifting around with things hanged to it. Great idea to have, but I’d rather prioritize keeping the seat back covers looking nice.

We managed to level up in our loaner by telling them that we were considering the Model X (which is true...eventually). That car was beat up when we got it. They didn't have time to detail it before giving it to us (although they did off a clean model Y), and it looked like someone went off roading in it. It was covered in mud, the yoke was torn up, and the weatherstripping around one of the tires kept popping off.🤣. But it was still fun to check out and get to drive around in it!

Drone footage was amazing! And cooking in the car would come in handy for all of us on the east coast losing power during the hurricanes. Can't believe I never thought of that!
