You are wrong at this point, i was facing the same issue, my 2nd Ac tickets got cancelled, so i received voucher of 6000, which i was trying to use for flight, but facing same problem like you, then i called customer care and they told me to logout from make my trip and login again using Google with registered mail id, and that's it, i booked flight using that voucher.

आज मैंने जयपुर से चिड़ावा की टिकट बुक की, Sleeper Class में 124 सीट available थी जब मैंने बुक की तो WL 53 दिखा रहा था। जब मैंने कैंसिल की तो 208 में से सिर्फ 100 रिफंड के लिए बोला। आगे से मैं तो इस साइट से कभी टिकट बुक नहीं करूँगा।

I will never suggest anyone to take ticket from MMT and from today I will try to suggest or convince my near and dear to not use MMT for any kind of booking.MMT service is totally manipulating their customers and making money.For any small mistake they make it as a chance to make money from the customer and they will not provide service,just make business and nothing else!

Main bhi book kiya tha 690 rs 😮sleeper class ka 2 tickets trip guarantee bhi 300 per person. Ticket confirm nahi hua. 1370 refund ka bola aur 2740 ka voucher diya. Fir usi voucher se 3AC mein book kiya vo bhi wait list me hi use hoga coupon available berth mein nahi use hoga. Vaha bhi trip guarantee laga lena sahi rahega. 3Ac ka trip guarantee 1000 per person laga aur ticket 1490 per person. Coupon bas wait list ticket par kam karta hai. 2980 ki ticket 2500 mein mil gayi wo bhi 3AC ki
