CJ that was awesome. I was playing around in "Companies" and once you have clicking on any company in the list, i noticed there is a right sidebar on top where "contacts" show up after you have synced them using domain name as basis right. When you look at contact card it gives info which includes "name", "job title" at "compmay name" , "email" and "phone number ". I was wondering if there is a way to include an extra property there without having to preview contact and then looking for that property. What do you think?

I believe they have added some basic follow-up options to FREE subscriptions (after I made this video). If not free, then definitely Marketing Hub Starter.

Yes! Go to Inbox settings. Hover over "Chat" and click Edit. Then click the Availability tab. From there you can select the specific days and times when the bot will be active.
I should clarify, that goes for a bot as well as a live chat widget.

Correct. If your website isn't on HubSpot, you can just pull the embed code from the bot you build in HubSpot and place it on websites hosted in Wordpress or other CMS platforms.
Thanks, CJ. Enjoyed the content. What would you consider the biggest differentiating factor in using sequences vs mass email through HubSpot?
Use sequences for communication you would typically send in a 1-to-1 environment through your Gmail our Outlook account, like following up after an initial meeting. Use mass email (a.k.a. marketing emails) in situations when people know they are on a list - customers, subscribers, etc. This is where you send newsletters, customer updates, promotions, etc.
When you give HubSpot access to your Google account at 1:37, does that mean HubSpot has access to ALL of your emails or just email conversations you've started via HubSpot?

Great question! A Typeform-like functionality can be custom built, but it is not possible to configure a form that way using HubSpot's default form settings out of the box. However, you can build conditional form fields, which are questions that only display if/when a previous question was answered a certain way.

How can you track leads from different sources? Know the referred url or social media post where people found the form.
HubSpot generates this automatically. You don't even have to do anything. Every time a contact is created through a form submission you will know the original source (i.e., organic search, paid search, social, referrals, etc.).

There is a switch you can toggle off to remove that in your inbox settings (not in the chatbot builder itself). But that’s only available if you have a paid plan.

how do you embed them to a wordpress site?
I have contacts enrolled in the sequence but they are just sitting there, not going out??? Frustrated!

Once a sequence is created and contacts are enrolled in the sequence, and email is the first step in the sequence, how do you make the emails start going out??
You should be able to verify this in the contact record's timeline. Also, if your email inbox (Gmail or Outlook) is connected to HubSpot you should also be able to see these emails in your Sent/Outbox folder.

The free version has very limited options and functionalities. I'd pick Calendly over Hubspot for booking.
