    For SColiosis issue, do you have any solution in Yoga or Pranayama please ?

      For scoliosis I would recommend doing physical exercises. But would be best to find someone local that can guide you to do this. Yoga postures well done can help the spine in a positive way.

    even with YOga, Pranayam, u can't stop ageing, then wat is the point of learning these ?

      It's true that ageing is part of our life, but pranayama and in general just breathing properly can help us age in good health and prevent a whole range of mental and physical sickness. Practicing pranayama every day has the potential of elevating your vital energy and transforming your life. It requires a bit of discipline, but is very rewording.       @@zaniabreathandyoga lot of Pranayama are there. Seen few videos of PEople, teaching Kundalini breath exercises. That seems more effective than these. What is your thought please ?

      @@karthikks9976 if you are a beginner I recommend practicing gentle pranayama like alternative nostril breathing and this exercise here. In a video I posted last week we do this gentle exercise. Practicing advanced pranayama and not being ready can affect our nervous system negatively. The rule of thumb is that after practicing you should feel very very relaxed, that is the sign that it worked.
