It seems that the position of the lines in the template is not correct. Move the fold a little and it will fit.

@@jovenlumagda I don't have a favorite brand, but I use and are good in my country is TOA. When applying glue, try to apply it thinly but thoroughly to prevent the paper from rotting.

As I'm not able to find 120 gsm paper,I have planned on doubling up the sheets as I currently have 70 gsm sheets with me, so doubling up would make it 140gsm Will this be fine?.
I'm not sure because I've never done it before. It might be good.

I think it works too, but if you need more than 100 gms of strength, it might be better. in the clip I use 120 gms.
