Bishop Billy Mfula is the founder and the General overseer for Jesus Anointed Ministries (JAM), overseer for the Billy Mfula Ministries, He is the forerunner of the Interdenominational City Fellowship in the heart of the capital Lusaka, the President of The Advocates for the Declaration of Zambia as a Christian Nation, Patron for the World Changer Youth Movement and Founder of the Interdenominational Ministers Empowerment Network. He is also the Founder of Living Hope Clinic and Chrio Academy.
