For me, RDR2 is the best game ever created for the Mature target audience. It's only minus for me is the clunky mechanics, but honestly, what's clunky in RDR2 is above what other companies created in terms of "peak" gameplay. However, the visual, story, narrative themes, the outstanding attention to detail, the music (oh Lord, the atmospheric music - like the one song playing in the cemetery in Saint Denis where you go with John - perfection). They programmed this game with so much detail that it makes me forget this map isn't real somewhere on Earth. How the story connects so deeply with RDR1, how characters in the world talk about other characters and things from the same world, it borderlines on actual reality. What i love the most about RDR2 is how the overarching theme (one of them at least) is teaching the players to be better people, despite being bad people most of their life. It shows that actions have consequences, but even if the Reaper comes calling, you can still do some good in the world before you go. This is the game that made me drop gaming altogether - along with RDR1, Fallout New Vegas, The Witcher series and a couple more. The reason is they are so outstanding masterpieces that i have noticed they give me too much of an addiction to stay glued to the controller. For a guy like me it's better to not play those games at all but enjoy them from a distance (like from some quick youtube videos like yours). Thanks for the video!

One can only dream of next year when they probably top RDR2 with GTA6…never played RDR but I will play GTA6 for sure😶 The perfect game for me right now is Escape from Tarkov…there is no other shooter who comes close…even with all its flaws.
