Heads Up! Adobe, is going thru a massive Class Action Lawsuit initiated by The United States Government, for lying to customers about their cancellation fees. Scrubbing Everything 'Adobe' from my devices!
3d vista?
Always carry paper maps. You never now when the internet will go down in the middle of nowhere.
in my photoshop 2024 dont have that 3d option
Thank you so much for the video. If i use lightroom or photoshop in wich format should i export my image? also, where can i upload the archive in order to use the 360 feauture? thanks!
I would recommend exporting as a JPG. When you are exporting ensure that you keep the width and height in a ratio of 2:1, we generally use 10,000 x 5,000 pixels. We are currently working on a tutorial series which will go through the process of capturing, stitching, editing and preparing 360 photos, should be available in about a months time. Keep an eye out for that! For sharing of 360 photos publicly you can upload to Google Street View or Facebook. We have built into Swyvl the ability to add 360 photos to a map, if that is of interest check out swyvl.io and select Book a demo if you would like me to show you what we are doing. Thanks for watching! Alex
Thanks for the helpful video. What's the Android/iOS app being shown? Is that available for iOS specifically? Since the Google Street View app was removed I've been looking for a good alternative.
That is on a Pixel 6 Pro, using the inbuilt camera app. Yes, unfortunately since the Google Street View app was removed there is a lack of options. I will do some research and will make a video on options for iOS. Check out Polycam, it has a 360 mode.
Thanks for another great video
Thanks for watching!
Is this a google earth alternativr?
Yes!

what about trip route animation
Hi, Thank for the video. Can you please provide list of softwares required to create a digital twin for a city.
I am looking to create a business selling maps and graphics for videographers, bloggers, and social media people. Do you have a video on this or a recommendation?
Hi 👋, we don't have one on this unfortunately, but it would make a great video! Perhaps you could set something up in After Effects using a plugin like aescripts.com/geolayers/. Google Earth Studio could also be a good option www.google.com/earth/studio/
Hi. I am building a website with delivery locations especially for trucks. And I need to insert some graphics explaining the loading bays or what streets to follow near the delivery location. I was thinking of something like google maps screenshots with drawings edited on that, but it looks like I can't use Google maps screenshots and I am looking for a solution.
Thanks for the message! Try www.canva.com/create/maps/ or www.scribblemaps.com/. If you have access to Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator these would also be a good way to do this. Hopefully that helps!
Google Earth Studio could also be a good option www.google.com/earth/studio/

Can help to download data of aviation maps
hi ,Can help to download data of aviation maps?
Thanks! So useful information!
None of these uses tertiary roads for maps and directions for someone only concerned with saving miles not hours
Google maps lets you do collaborative editing? From what I have seen...it doesn't, which is one of my many complaints with Google Maps.
Absolutely, Google My Maps (www.google.com/mymaps) does offer features for sharing projects with others, which facilitates a level of collaboration. However, it’s important to clarify that this isn’t equivalent to real-time collaborative editing, where changes are seen instantly by everyone involved. This real-time aspect is something we've recognized as a crucial need and have addressed in our own platform, Swyvl. Though still in the early stages, Swyvl integrates real-time editing capabilities that allow team members to see and make edits live as they happen. Our commitment to enhancing teamwork efficiency is strong, and by 2024, we aim to expand these features to support even more robust collaborative experiences.
Lynucks?
How do you scan with this drone?
I used a DJI Mavic 2 Drone and completed a full lap around the building resulting in a video about 1 minute in length. I then uploaded the video to lumalabs.ai/ to create the 3D scene using a method causing Gaussian Splatting, though the great thing about LumaAI is that it automates the whole process, you will just need to upload the video. This could also be done with a mobile phone if you don't have a drone. Hopefully that helps!
you shared good -
Thankyou!
Like it python.!
Like..!!
But LIVE DATA will not be available like UA-cam.. Robots will select disc then load data...
Literally not a disc.
I haven’t been to it in a while but cartodb was pretty cool. And openstreetmap has a front end I think but is really good in QGIS.

Wont the glass degrade over time?
Under heat(very slow melting under sunlight) and air(dust in the air). Otherwise good.
Yes. The sun is also going to extinguish. The universe will probably also end due to heat death. But all of that and this happens in timespans that are irrelevant to us Common modern data storage solutions have lifespans measured in decades. This solution lasts tens of thousands of years.
Great coverage! Relevant topics and well laid out. Bravo 👏🏼
Thank you, very kind. Alex
I like your style, keep it up man!
Thanks for the support. Alex
Ummm
The matrix and sky net were not good
Designspark Mechanical. Nuff said.
Good informative video. I use Blender and have tried Autodesk Fusion 360. They are both amazing pieces of software. They are both so powerful and flexible, and yet quite accessible to a beginner, as long as they are prepared to put a bit of effort in at the beginning, to get over the initial 'steep learning bump/curve' that every beginner faces when learning new software. A little bit of patience really helps here, but the rewards of sticking with it are huge. Blender is astonishing. It's a phenomenon. It's whole history and existence are exceptional. If anyone is thinking about getting into 3d content creation, modelling/design, rendering, animation and many other things, it's a complete no brainer as a place to start. Any skills learnt here are very transferable to other 'commercial' (read very expensive) design software. All the principles are the same. As the author/narrator of this video so rightly notes, Blender gets an absolutely huge shot in the arm from its amazing development community. Just look at Blender Market, a dedicated marketplace for a staggering range of addons (=plugins) which extend its functionality and improve it's UI. Some addons are just so clever and powerful, greatly speeding up workflow, and adding functionality not present in 'vanilla' blender. The Blender community is huge, generous, and there are a great many very skilled artists and practitioners sharing their knowledge freely on UA-cam. All of this, I think, is a reflection of its history and philosophy of its founder, Ton Roosendal, who continues to lead the project. Archviz, sci-fi, industrial, fantasy, toon .... whatever you're into. Blender can do it, beautifully. What are you waiting for? Note: Blender can run on a very modest pc, you don't need a super expensive or powerful computer to get going with it. It's actually very efficient software. There's so much learning you can do, without spending a fortune on a new pc, or ridiculously expensive nvidia gpu. However, I will say, that at some point, and I think this must happen to pretty much all blender users, we realise that we do need something with a bit of power, especially gpu power for doing cycles (path-traced) rendering. This can't be helped, and is essential for efficient 'look development', or lookdev, as people like to call it. It's also mandatory for creating animated sequences of path-traced renders. I think the most important thing initially, is to have a nice desktop setup, with a decent monitor and a good mouse. Monitor needs to be 1920 × 1080p as a minimum, but ideally 1440p or 4k in a 27 inch size. Fusion 360 is also amazing, considering that you can use it for free. It's powerful, professional grade software. If you have even the slightest interest in engineering and design, then I think you'll be impressed. I think it's amazing, and quite accessible too, for a beginner. It can do many things, like product design, with softer, more organic shapes, and of course, all the traditional 3d CAD stuff that you can imagine. It has a very pleasing look, in the way it renders 3d objects whilst modelling, and I found its UI relatively easy to get to grips with, as a beginner. But again, as with any powerful software, patience is very helpful. I would highly recommend it. It's free to download and use (for non-commercial use), so you've got nothing to lose if you'd like to give it a try.
There is a lot of Australian heritage that needs to be digitised. Great idea
nice video! i look forward to seeing more!
More to come!
If you send an email to support@swyvl.io I will help you out. I can set up a beta account so you can test hosting and viewing in AR the models you create from Polycam. Thanks, Alex :)
