you may have been surprised -- this beautiful home and land outside of Meaford was priced (if I remember correctly) similarly to what a dressed up condo by the water in Collingwood would have listed for.

Hi Sheila, my most popular commenter now, thanks! keen eye indeed. yes Christmas tree - we shot this in December for the seasonal rental listing and opted to reuse some of that material in the springtime to list for sale as it's more efficient that way for many reasons when the footage exists. as you can see the video was only published a week ago, it's very recent, maybe check realtor.ca or work with your realtor to find out if it's still available on the market. all the best! -Chris

We don’t put prices on video for the agents I work with because should the price ever need adjusting - then the video becomes out of date and we require a new one.
