The mechanic shops have that computer machine that hooks it all up with a few pushes of a button. But if u wanna save a buck u can

Fairing looks great, just picked one of these bikes up yesterday.

Hellz yeah, frankinsteiner repair. Truth is, it's a lot of screws and whatnot but not terrible to repair legit style. I could tear out and install one in a day. Practice on the donor vehicle at the junkyard.

Trivia...... How many ZF6 2500 HD Max's were made in 2005? According to my GM Dealer, 313 of them. I went to buy a clutch pack, imagine my surprise when he handed me the RPO sheet for the 2005 showing 313 ZF6 Silverado 2500 HD Duramax were produced. I started liking my 05 ZF6 all that much more that day.

Pulling a vacuum before you charge the system isn't optional. The system will operate poorly if contaminated with outside air. The vacuum pumps are not that expensive, and they are a must have if you are going to charge your A/C system. Also pulling a vacuum gives you a chance to test that the system is sealed. If the system is leaky then you will know after you let it sit with a vacuum and your gauges will stay negative if your system has no leaks.

My lly leaks a tad bit of coolant from backside of thermostat housing but disappears in valley and never hits the ground so check there but so slow not concerned I’ll wait until I’m in the valley attacking y- bride and got the hose relocation housing thinking about doing a Allison to zf6 out of a 89 f350 do you know anything about that ? like it though sweet ride

Love the zf6 i had a zf6 and now have an almost identical lly with an allison and miss shifting gears so much

heater core was leaking on it when my brother owned it a couple years ago

If your egr cooler is no good it will have some symptoms of a head gasket, my old lly did that
