I heard hey there turned around and about fainted he said hey would you like to sit and talk awhile i was taken off guard i said i sure would. Me being dumb lol i said are you and before i could get the Elvis out he said yes ma'am and the rest as they say is history. I never go any further with the memories of my friend because people post hurtful nasty things so i just keep my memories tucked safe in my heart forever. My 9-year-old son is more used to the very polished commercial new songs... stuff we hear on Tik Tok and modern youtube content. Some are good, i'm not hating But when I put suspicious minds in the car and he heard Elvis for the first time... it was very special. He became very attentive and silent. The only way I can describe it is respect. Like he could tell it was a truer form of music and that Elvis commanded a certain form of respect, without knowing really who he was or his incredible story.

Sadly their cute little girl, Lisa Marie, passed away January 2023 at age 54. Priscilla is now 79 years old.

Elvis was born poor in Tupelo Ms. He had a twin brother that died at birth Jesse Garon Presley he is buried in Tupelo Ms.

We both needed a friend and we were that for each other he asked nothing of me and i asked nothing of him. people started posting nasty hurtful things that hurt me deeply. So i will not post anything about our friendship ever again, We had a short conversation a few days before his death we were both very emotional. i will love and miss my friend forever. i walk past Graceland everyday sometimes i go in and walk around the grounds and talk to my friend at his final resting place. they know me there lol. love to you from the one and only Memphis Tn. Really, that’s your comment / reaction. I was raised with the 70’s and 80’s music as well. He is one of the best vocalist and performers of all time. His voice is so unique. Capable of sing any genera of music with soft smooth voice to bluesy , country, rock, gospel too raspy and operatic sound. Inducted in to all major 5 music categories ( genera ) music hall of fame. Doesn’t look like you’re interested anyway.
