Just ordered the caliber with Timascus. After looking, the slim and caliber are SO similar. Excited to get my hands on this, I’m sure the slim is next, but I’ll need to do a little more research

Confused on the blade lengths. Their website says either 3.2” or 4”. Is there a 3.5”?

Ridgebacks are amazing and 100% US made. They are now doing a version with a different detent and no flipper tab that has become my favorite knife since they dropped last week. REC has them now.

God, I love this knife. It’s on my bucket list. I’d love it in the black aluminum handle with the sapphire blade. But I love the color you got as well. I would also do the rose gold blade with black handle.

I really like the design. I just don’t understand the price justification. It’s not an integral, no compound grind, no extensive machining like micro-milling, no DLC, no fancy locking mechanism, etc. Sure, it’s not just two slabs of titanium and a drop point and the blade is Vanax and scales are dual fat carbon inlays per side. I also get it was a small batch production run by Mechforce, the OEM, so multiple parties need to get paid. But $400? Kunwu does Vanax and DLC, with heavily textured scales and timascus accents for $359. I’d love to get your opinion on this, Pirate! You have it in hand and have a lot more experience than I do so let me know what I’m missing.

This is REALLY going to open up the MICRO’ market. Let me ask..I feel I’m not alone but how many men out there love there MT’s and wished they could gift one to there wife or girlfriend only to find out there precious, fragile yet beloved fingers don’t spend enough time in the gym to handle the force needed to activate the knife. 😔 Even my 11 year old son isn’t quite there yet-but no worries fellow fathers, I have him on a strict index strengthening regiment and I’m sure he’ll be knocking holes through sheetrock with his deadly pinky fingers soon enough. Anyway back on the subject of the slide/button I personally love how it takes a lot of force to activate the older models and dislike the ease of operation the new ones offer🤷🏼 but the fact is this will take Microtech from (as stated) “a household name” and take it specifically into the kitchen 😂 as well as a knife now reasonably operational for the elderly/disabled/youth…and both me and my family are ecstatic. Loved the video..SCREAMING PIRATE covering ALL the bases once again. -the unlucky Irishman ☘️

That limited edition Buck 532 is absolutely 🔥. The saunter is an awesome gentleman's carry. The titanium is a must for collectors too. Of course, anything not made in America by Buck should never be bought, just to send a message. Only buy 🇺🇸 made knives, support your fellow Americans.

I rotate a Ludt, Tr3, and my favorite, the Cypher2. Perfect size edc knives.

If you want super functional ones that you can take through metal detectors then check out no metal knucks. Just google that. They make plastic and ergonomic knuckles and single knucks that are durable as fuck. You don’t actually need steel ones. Just a hard solid surface. These give you that and feel great on your hands. Their single knuck design is really cool bc it has a big grip for your palm as well. Check them out. I don’t work for them btw, just a fan lol

The Chevron is a fantastic knife and very underrated. Can't speak highly enough of it. Definitely one of 2024's best imo.
