I’ve lived in Fort Walton, St Augustine, and live in Gainesville now. These are the top reason my sellers tell me they selling and leaving Florida 😂. I may not like everything about Florida but what place is perfect. And the pros outweigh the cons everyday

Overpriced homes don’t sell. This year homes are on the market about 100 days before getting an offer. Inventory is low because sellers don’t want to sell and take on a mortgage with a higher interest rate. We still see move in ready home price just below market getting multiple offers in the first week. Every market is different. Where do you live?

You are right. Election years we see people putting off buying in almost every aspect of their lives. Coupled with interest rates, insurance premiums, utility cost, and property taxes the Florida real estate market felt the shift.

Thanks @moneypower572. Ive been to Ft Lauderdale and Miami many times but never knew about Hallendale Beach. I look forward to having a weekend get away with the family there and checking it out. 😀

Hi! That is an excellent question. All of Florida is rated for Flood. Flood maps show how likely it is for an area to flood. Any place with a 1% chance or higher chance of experiencing a flood each year is considered to have a high risk. lol! Honestly you get used to the heat. The good side is there are only 16 days a year on average that get to freezing. There is no snow to shovel. If you love beaches, being outside, and being on the water then Florida is the place to you. What part of Florida were contemplating?

I looked at the outside temp just now and it is 95 degrees 😳. We have an AC company coming out tomorrow to fix an AC. The bill to replace starts at $6,000. Praying for a fix instead

lol you are 100% correct. I almost threw up putting those pictures in the video. I would gladly deal with spiders, frogs, bees, snakes before roaches.
