3D PrintrBot Play printing model scale windows
Переглядів 647 років тому
The 3D printer is a fantastic war to create custom miniature scale accessories for architecture models! I was surprised how simple it was to get my 3D model out of Rhino and into the printer software.

PROP BUILD: DeLorean Remote From Back To The Future
Переглядів 34 тис.9 років тому
This prop is a very close representation of the original remote from the first film. A lot of the parts used in the original prop are very hard to find so i took some liberties. The 3 digit 7 segment display for example was not LED. The display counter is run using a Arduino UNO microcontroller and the sounds are from a sound module found in singing birthday card. The original Remote (Futaba FP...

THIS is so incredible
Any links to purchase
Where do they sell these I want to be doc brown for Halloween and having this remote would guarantee me the best costume
Cool
That’s the coolest thing I have seen in a very long time.
Where can we find the code for the counter?
Great work. What angle did you position the playfield tv? Are you happy with the viewing angle? Thank you
I want one but left side control with the speedometer how much
May I have one to?
Trai cừu Đi cái hơnTu
Hi Todd, do you sell and of your machines?
SICK 👍
What did you use for the stop switch indicator?
Does it need to be a bed sheet? Does a mirror work? Can you show where you placed everything?
Are you selling any? How bout a how to video? Thx!!
Where can I buy this remote control?
Using an IPAC 2?
yes I believe it is the iPac 2
What buttons did you use for the sides?
Took a LOT of liberties, I mean it's kind of close, kinda, like if you just went on memory that is close ish.
How do I do that ?
By projection of course!
Very nice.....do u have any building plans for it??
Unfortunately I didn't make plans. Mainly i just measured a original cabinet then made size adjustments as I experimented.
That's pretty cool. I would order and install a lock down bar for palm comfort. Those corners look painful ?
it is painful. a lock down bar is a great idea!
Nice work
thank you!
Try the Bosch T313AW3 jig saw blade. It's designed to cut soft materials and has a wavy Edge (no teeth). There is literally no shavings to clean up. Best thing I've ever used for cutting polystyrene.
That is really good. Nice work.
Awesome job. Just got mine somewhat complete. Next will be adding the light show. Ledwiz in the mail 👍🏻
it was a lot of fun researching in the forums and learning from the experts!
Really nice, can you tilt it?
it can be tilted. if you bump it hard enough. :)
Awesome machine. What are you using for the virtual nudge?
Nice machine.. Do you still have it?
I do still have it.
OMFG Very nice job, but 1 think you use SideWinder Controller to move ball in game, how you connect this controller normal no mod or other ? I Bild my own arcade cab but now i change arcade cab to hybrid pinball machine + arcade machine ;)
I noticed that you have DOF with FP in this video. Did you add that yourself back then, and what did you use to do it? Just curious as today DOFLinx has become the new standard for DOF in FP.
it was a lot of trial and error. I need to upgrade to DOFLinx at some point since the newer tables are using it now.
That's awesome
What version of the addams family is that?
I believe it is the Gold version.
Yes, *very* interested in the circuits you used to get the count-up to 88.0
That not a futaba conquest close but not exact but better what I could do. Good job
neither was the one in the movie, it was a futaba fp-t8sga-p
It's excellent!
Nice work man!
Cool! Ilove it!
Really cool prop-replica! I love the fact that the speedometer reacts to the control lever, just like in the movie. I think that makes it feel a lot more like the real thing, even if some parts aren't screen accurate. Care to share some more details about the electronics integration?
The LEDs are connected directly to the ledwiz.
Todd Jones I currently have a wide body virtual pinball machine wrapped in The Twilight Zone, but the playfield seems super flat and it doesn't seem the flippers are on point.
very nice mate did you wire the leds straight to the ledwiz
Great !!! (Tutorial ?)
So inspiring! Thanks for sharing your amazing project. Thankfully my brother's an electrician. Maybe we can build one. :D
