Is there a reason you didnt mention the homeless problem? All so why didn't you mention that Kamloops has the highest crime per capita in Canada. Kamloops is great if you have a ton of money and real shit for the middle class and below. Have a friend that lives there in the past 3 years they have had two trucks and a boat stolen. There shop has been vandalized and broke into. He all so tells me that some businesses don't have bathrooms because the drug and overdose rates are so high. But I will say it is a stunning place visually and with enough money a very fun place to visit.

There are nice areas but Kamloops had the highest crime rate in the country in 2024. There is a lot of poverty and homelessness.

My husband and I used to live there 33 years ago when our son was born. Jim worked at the post office. We moved here to Ontario when the post office was closing down (at least as a transfer station). Also remember shopping at "Jimmy's" market a couple times. I'll bet it is not there now. It was rather gross at that time, lol. Thanks for sharing the video.
