I can do a Kickflip and a Rock & Roll, so now I'm unlocking vert skating for the masses while learning myself 🤟😅🛹🎸
The best part about joining me is that I'm just an intermediate level skater, so I will be learning most of the advanced tricks for the first time with you, including the vert skating that always seemed impossible to fathom- at least for me! 😮⏫️🆙️
I'm not a pro filming perfect kickflips with basic instructions that everyone has heard. I don't even have the kickflip down pat. I'm still learning the hacks for the best way to learn, repeat, and explain! 👨🏫🔁

The truth is the more open minded you are the more you come to love trying Allllllllll the skateboards you can 😅 I personally have kickfliped mostly all of the boarder, even the longs and cruisers. Apologizes for moaning the whole vid- I had my mic loud, and I was really out of breath trying to, not to trip and ruin the video. Would anyone mind commenting the biggest board they've kickfliped??..even if it's a tech deck ❤️🛹

Yup only way size matters is what is going to be most comfy for you to get started on to figure out your riding and pushing stances But imo what differs skateboard from longbo is wheelbase (bolt to bolt) under 16' feels short and nimble enough for easy pops, flicks etc Over 17' popping ollie starts to feel lot more of a workout and you dont mind picking up extra speed that much

Not for long Sioux Falls is currently building the largest skate park
Doesn't look like it. Des Moines Park is 88 thousand square feet. The Sioux falls one will be 20 thousand square feet. But will still be one of the largest in America

I'm getting better at recording coming from a pod cast mic, but I'm definitely still working on mixing & mastering which I still don't quite understand lol but I'm getting there! If you have any videos I could watch or specific tips or tricks that would help my music sound more studio, I'd appreciate it. I'm recording at my smell home studio that I've put together and started with no audio engineering experience. I tried to produce my first song in Audacity with a Blue Yetti 😅

Yes but the health of the board will suffer!😭 it rusts the metal and bends the wood. Unless you spray it with that anti wet spray people use on expensive shoes. I always avoid water but it dose seem fun.
You're right, but the weather was nice and the rain was mellow! I did leave before I water logged my board, but a few other thrashers stayed to surf 🏄♂️

I prefer Melon grab but backside grab is good too
I think I like melon too; it's the one I'm able to bone out the most! On this backside grab I should have had my front foot closer to the bolts and my front hand grabbing right behind it I think 🤔

I wasn't able to push and roll up to it, I mean. I jumped onto the board into the Ollie setup! I guess I could have worded it differently, but I had first tried rolling up the ramp from around the park, but it didn't work with the angle. Maybe I'll try it from the other side lol
